Thank you for choosing to attend an event hosted by Excel Networking Group (“Excel,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Please read this Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before purchasing tickets.
1. General Policy – All Sales Are Final
All ticket sales for Excel Networking Group events are non-refundable.
Once a ticket is purchased, we are unable to offer automatic refunds, credits, or exchanges.
2. Case-by-Case Exceptions
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. While our standard policy is no refunds, we may, at our sole discretion, consider case-by-case exceptions in situations such as:
Serious illness or medical emergency
Family emergency or bereavement
Significant travel disruption outside your control
Other extraordinary circumstances
Granting a refund or credit in these situations is not guaranteed and will be reviewed individually by our team.
If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, please contact us as soon as possible here.

3. Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another person for the same event, subject to any platform or venue restrictions.

We recommend submitting transfer requests at least 24–48 hours before the event.
4. Event Cancellations or Changes by Excel
In the rare event that Excel Networking Group must cancel an event, ticket holders will be offered one or more of the following, at our discretion:
A full or partial refund
A credit towards a future event
The option to transfer the ticket to a rescheduled date
If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will typically be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend on the rescheduled date, please contact us to discuss available options.
5. No-Show Policy
If you do not attend an event and do not contact us in advance, your ticket will be considered forfeited, and no refund, credit, or transfer will be provided.
